by admin on July 24, 2009
Assuming that you are new to Adobe FrameMaker and you are questioned to raise an editor check for the document that you have prepared. The Editor reviewed and updated the document with the comments. For example, say in red color and sends the document back to you so that you can go through the comments and update the document accordingly. You have reviewed the Editor comments and updated the document but not sure how to change the red text to the default color that is black then the following procedure should help you to change the color of the text in Adobe FrameMaker.
How to change color in Adobe FrameMaker
1. Click Show the Tools Palette button (that is, triangular shape button), which is the third button on the right hand side of the Adobe FrameMaker screen just above the scroll bar.
A Show the Tools Palette dialog box is showed.
2. Go the user to the bottom of the Show the Tools Palette dialog box and click the multicolor rectangle boxes that is, Set Color button, which is the third button from the bottom left of the Show the Tools Palette dialog box.
A COLOR drop down box is showed.
3. In order to change the color of your text highlight the text that you want to change the color and then select the required color. For example, Black which is the first option.
Viola! The text that you have highlighted is now changed to the black color so that it matches with the entire text of your document.
Hope this helps...
Cheers,
Vivek
