This free microsoft excel tips no 11 is telling to copy data in your speadsheet more simple.
Sometime we need to copy a table to another area in our sheet. The common step is using cupy and paste cell to other area. This tips tell how to get the same result in the more simple step.

Please see the figure below,

1. Block table/cells area will be copied
2. Pointing your cursor in the edge of your blocked area (not in the corner), till your cursor change to the " + " sign. For example in the red circle area.
3. Right Click & drag " + " sign to the new area you want to copy the cells area to.
4. Relase your drag, and select copy here
5. Done

May this tips can increase your speed in processing data in your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
