- Write online help using any of the industry standard help authoring tools (HATs).
- Brilliant communication skills, with proven U.S. English writing skills.
- Extensively communicate and closely work with SMEs and stake holders in Hyderabad and U.S.
- Prepare training materials (like: training guides, workbooks and so on).
- Strong analytical skills like a business/functional analyst.
- Know the existing software applications, communicate and collect information, content to write help, and related documents.
- Exposure to cloud computing environment like force.com is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
This position is based in Hyderabad and may require travel based on the business needs.
